Whether it’s been in fashion, film + television, advertising, or the arts, Pele has collaborated with some of the biggest and brightest stars within each industry. Named in 2016 as MEC’s first Global Chief Creative Officer, Pele also serves a dual role as President, Strategicand Communications Planning for MEC North America. His chief aim is move media to be one of the first ports of call in creating a holistic solution for clients vs it’s historical placement of ‘the last 10 minutes of a meeting’ and to deliver more effective communication solutions for our clients by bringing a history of seamlessly partnering creativity and media with a global perspective. His portfolio of award-winning work includes extraordinary brands like GE, Tiffany & Co, Nike, Elizabeth Arden, “Got Milk?” for CMPB, PLAYSTATION, and Lancôme.

Pele is an active member of the industry sharing his knowledge and experience as an educator at the Miami Ad School as well as guest lecturer at Parsons School of Design. He has served as judge for EFFIES both in North America and Global, and Adweek Media Plan of the Year, Festival of Media. He was recognized as one of Adweek’s Media All-Stars in 2014 and was on the awarding jury for 2016 Cannes Lions. His work has been acknowledged and celebrated through the numerous receipts of EFFIES, Chiat\Day Planning awards and Cannes Lions – both for creativity and strategic thinking.
